Al-Fahad Company for Cement Industries Ltd. is a private Iraqi company established to be one of the active supporters and participants in the development and prosperity of the region, through full support in investing money in strategic, effective and vital projects.

We provide our services in the fields of general trade, general contracting, major industries and all services, technical and engineering consultations and investment contracts — creating a safe, flexible and strongly supportive investment environment for the development processes of the industrial sector, oil and gas projects, energy projects, infrastructure projects, and civil projects and constructions.

We provide integrated and flexible support to all clients and foreign investors in Iraq through the formation of long-term relationships with all customers, meeting their requirements according to international and local standards and with high quality, through a team with high experience in all areas of our specialization.

Our story

Like other emerging construction companies, Al-Fahad is benefiting from Iraq's economic growth and the favourable construction movement. We contribute to moving the construction wheel forward by developing different construction plans and diversifying into government and private projects in order to meet local construction market demands.

Furthermore, we provide job opportunities to the youth of the country and build a professional cadre, in addition to achieving the higher goal of the national development plans. This has been our objective since the establishment of the company in the Basra region, and we have strived to extend our projects to other cities in Iraq.

Al-Fahad Company has its own work forces to perform the majority of work. We have sufficient heavy equipment to perform all utility and site development work for the typical construction project. With respect to building construction, our own work forces have the ability to perform all earth work, concrete work, carpentry, drywall and other related works. Our team also has specialists in the installation of specialty products, equipment and heavy machinery mechanics, as well as catering specialists.

It is our philosophy that we are better able to manage the construction process, achieve efficient construction costs, and maintain and expedite the construction schedule by performing large portions of the work with our own equipment and personnel.
